One of my new year’s resolutions for 2022 was to read more books and find a way to actually capture and review the key insights from the books I read.  I was able to accomplish this using my Kindle and the Readwise app.

Throughout the year, I have been reviewing my highlights from the books I read last year and for the next two weeks, I am going to be sharing some of the highlights that have stuck with me and I am taking with me to be a better husband, father, and pediatrician in 2023.

Today, I’m sharing the four highlights that have affected the way I think about parenting most in 2022 in the hopes that you will be able to use the wisdom of these books to help you become a better parent in 2023 as well.

In this episode, I discuss my favorite excerpts from:
Hunt, Gather, Parent by Michaeleen Doucleff
Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss and Tahl Raz
Think Again by Adam Grant
The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek
